Mohamed Abdi Yusuf (Former Governor and Head of 1974 Daba-dheer Drought Resettlement)

Mohamed Abdi Yusuf (Somali: Maxamed Cabdi Yuusuf).  A former governor and mayor of Middle Shabelle and Jowhar, Mohamed was the man appointed to resettle 500,00 Somali pastoralists devasted by the infamous Somali drought Daba-dheer (1974) into planned cooperative villages in southern Somalia.
